When you place an order, book a service or create an account, we collect your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address. Payment details are handled by secure payment providers — we never see or store your card number or UPI PIN.

Your mobile number, email and address are used only to deliver your orders, arrange service visits, send order and delivery updates, and provide customer support. That's it.

3. We never sell your data

JL Enterprises does not sell, rent or trade customer information to anyone. Your details are shared only with the people who need them to fulfil your order — for example, our delivery staff or the brand's service technician.

4. Data safety

Customer information is kept in access-controlled systems and used only by JL Enterprises staff for the purposes above. Records required by tax law are retained as per government rules and then removed.
