  3. Warranty
    Every product carries the manufacturer's warranty as per the brand's policy. Warranty claims are handled through the brand's authorised service network, and we will help you register the claim.
  4. Service booking
    Service and AMC visits are scheduled based on technician availability. Our team confirms the visit time by phone before arriving. Spare parts, if required, are charged as per actuals.
  5. Delivery
    Free door delivery across Tamil Nadu. Delivery timelines depend on your location — typically 1–3 working days within Thoothukudi and 3–7 working days for other areas. Please inspect the product at the time of delivery.
  6. Return / replacement
    Returns and replacements are subject to company policy: damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Opened or installed appliances are covered by the manufacturer's warranty rather than return.
